Our objective is to provide the Southwest Victoria region and Eastern SA with an alternative to poor-performing window and door systems. Research has shown poor-performing systems not only affect your health and comfort but also your heating and cooling costs, and have a detrimental effect on the environment and the planet.
Our uPVC supplier Aluplast works with us to produce this innovative technology. Together with our team at Thermosmart, we have a wealth of knowledge in building, carpentry, construction, window systems, glass styles, and hardware, with most offering decades of experience.
The process
At Thermosmart, we can measure, manufacture, provide factory collection, delivery, and/or installation for your windows and doors.
There are many moving parts involved in delivering a successful project, and communication is vital to ensure a smooth process. To help with this process, we’ve outlined a step-by-step guide so you understand what to expect when you work with us.
- Contact Us: Via email or phone to chat through your ideas for windows and doors in your home or business.
- Provide Measurements: Provide us with your plans or approximate measurements along with your chosen window/door opening styles and colors (we can chat through these with you or come out and do a site measure if required).
- Quote: We will provide you with a quote for your windows and doors.
- Contract: If you wish to proceed, you will receive a contract from us outlining all requirements for the job.
- Order: Once you have signed the contract and paid the deposit, we will commence ordering the profile, hardware, and glass for your order.
- Inspection: We will organize a site inspection and final measure (if required).
- Installation: Factory collection, delivery, and/or installation of your windows and doors will occur by our team.
- Follow-Up: We will contact you post-installation to ensure you are happy with your windows and doors.
