UPVC
UPVC stands for Unplasticised Polyvinyl Chloride. It is a type of hard plastic extensively used in the manufacturing of windows and doors.
This innovative technology provides heat insulation, safety, and design at its best. Unlike traditional materials such as wood and aluminum, UPVC does not warp, rot, or corrode, and it doesn’t require painting or frequent maintenance.
Much like timber, uPVC provides optimal thermal efficiency, beating competitors such as aluminum in some cases by over 70%. It is even capable of achieving u-values of below 1.
