Built in 2023, this new modern home was built by Spicer Building by owners Jason and Nadia Spicer. They wanted to create a modern home with clean lines, comfort and style that became a haven away from the hustle and bustle of life. An important aspect was also to have thermally efficient windows and doors to aid in the sustainability of the house and to ensure safety, comfort and style.

Spicer Building, builds a large number of homes around the Surf Coast, Greater Geelong and Bellarine region and this was his first experience with Thermosmart Windows and Doors. He wanted to find a company who provided a high performing product and who’s communication, customer service, manufacture and installation all ran smoothly. This homes if fully fitted with Thermosmart Windows and Doors and following on from this build, Thermosmart and Spicer Building have formed a partnership for all their future builds requesting uPVC.
