Built in 2024, this modern two-story beautiful home has expansive views across the town of Warrnambool and over the ocean. The owner, a local real estate owner (Luke Williams) wanted to create a home where he felt warm, comfortable and safe from the elements whilst still being able to enjoy large amounts of natural light and uninterrupted views.

Luke designed his home with all of this in mind as well as wanting to build a home where sustainability and energy efficiency were priority. Thermosmart windows and doors were the perfect choice for him as they enabled these goals of sustainability, comfort, security and style.
